AI Consulting · Implementation · Training

Most businesses are talking about AI.
Yours will be running on it.

I build the AI systems that save your team hours every week and the training that makes sure they actually use them. No jargon, no six-month roadmaps. Just AI that pays for itself.

Why AI, why now

Your competitors aren't slower than you. They're just automated.

Time back

The repetitive work your team dreads gets handled before anyone opens a tab.

Cost down

One system absorbs the admin load you were about to hire for.

Response speed up

Leads and clients get answered in seconds, not the next business day.

Nothing falls through

Follow-ups, bookings and handoffs happen every time, not when someone remembers.

Scales without hiring

Double the volume without doubling the headcount behind it.

What I do

Three ways I put AI to work in your business.

Most engagements start with consulting and move straight into implementation. Training is what keeps the system earning after handoff.

The growth layer

Once the systems are running, we make sure the market hears about it.

Performance

Facebook and Meta ads that feed the systems you just installed. $5,000 of spend turned into AED 1.4M in sales for Sobha Properties.

Content

Consistent output that earns attention without a studio.

Branding

A look and voice that matches how good the operation now is.

360 Marketing is the follow-on, not the headline act.

Case studies

Proof, not promises.

Process

How an engagement actually works.

01

Diagnose

We find where time, margin and leads actually leak before anyone talks about tools.

02

Design

You get a scoped plan: what gets built first, what it costs, what it pays back.

03

Build

I build it in n8n, Make.com and Claude, wired into your stack and tested on live work.

04

Train & Handoff

Your team is trained, the system is documented, and it keeps running without me.

About Samir

Why a business owner, not a developer, is who you want building this.

I learned to build with AI by solving my own operational problems first. That means every system I ship gets judged by one question: does this actually save time and make money, not whether it's technically impressive.

Dubai-based, working with founders worldwide. You work with me directly: no account managers between you and the person doing the work, and no vocabulary you need a translator for. We'll talk about which hours in your week are being burned and which revenue is quietly leaking, then I install the thing that stops it.

Client words

What it's like on the other side of a build.

We put about $5,000 into Facebook ads and closed AED 1.4 million in sales. The difference wasn't the ads on their own, it was the lead flow Samir built behind them. Nothing sat waiting for an agent to get around to it.
Sobha PropertiesSales Team, Dubai
I used to spend my evenings replying to booking messages. Now parents book, reschedule and get reminders without me touching it. I got my nights back and stopped double-booking courts.
MarkFounder, Prime Sports
Samir built us a voice agent that actually sounds like us. It books calls while I'm in meetings, and the ones that need me still reach me with context. My lead response time went from 'whenever I can' to instant.
NoahMarketing Founder, NAwa
We were drowning in first-touch enquiries. The chatbot Samir built handles the repeat stuff properly and only passes real buyers to us. Best part? We didn't have to hire another account manager to scale it.

Straight answers

The questions founders actually ask.

Because a chat window isn't a system. Opening ChatGPT still requires a person to decide to do it, know what to ask, and paste the result somewhere useful. What I build runs on its own: it answers the call, books the appointment, sends the follow-up, updates the record. And where people are involved, I train them on your actual workflows instead of handing over a tool and hoping.

The diagnosis takes days, not months. A scoped first build is typically live inside about four weeks, and I deliberately pick a first system that shows value fast rather than the biggest one on the list.

No. You need someone who knows how the work actually gets done, and access to your existing tools. I do the building; your team gets trained on using and monitoring it, not maintaining code.

Systems get built with failure in mind: fallbacks to a human, alerts when something doesn't complete, and documentation of every moving part. After handoff there's a support rhythm so issues get fixed instead of quietly ignored.

It's the reason this works. I judge every build by whether it saves time and makes money, not whether it's technically impressive. I learned to build with AI by solving my own operational problems first, so I speak in outcomes and hours, not architecture.

It depends on the scope, and I'll tell you the number before anything is built. Consulting is a fixed engagement, implementation is scoped per system, training is priced per team. If AI isn't the answer for your bottleneck, I'll say so on the call.

Next step

Your business will run on AI eventually. The only question is whether you're early or last.
